Sejak akhir2 ni, saya dapati, nama Nadhirah Sainuri seLaLu di GoogLe oLeh manuSia2 yang kurang difahami.. dengan ini, berkuatkuasa 1 Mei 2009, account friendster & facebook saya akan dideLete, dipadamkan, dibuang & dihapuskan daripada aLam cyber.

account tu saya buka ApriL 2004. Dah 5 TAHUN berLaLu!! banyak kenangan & semua jatuh bangun saya ada daLam account tu. namun, untuk mengeLakkan fitnah daripada orang2 yang saya kurang fahami, saya terpaksa mendeLete, memadam, membuang & menghapuskan account2 tersebut.

    Untuk Aron, kaLau kamu baca ni, jawapan utk soaLan kamu:

    simply from its name, mansoura uni is situated in mansoura, whereas alexandria uni is in alexandria. im assuming ur cousin wants to study medicine here..k. in mansoura uni, we have 2 systems:
    1.PBL system (prblem based learning) 2.conventional system

    im not very sure of difference in the payment but i think its more or less the same for medical students all over egypt (i think so la..)

    1.PBL system = study based on case. we have about 20 cases in a year (im in this sys.). so far, i think its good but u need to motivate urself for consistent studying–doctors give very2 short n simple lectures & u have to read the rest urself (we were given a 1hour lecture as that of 3 weeks lecture of the same topic in conventional sys). u need to be active during discussion in order to get full mark in that session,n marks also will be collected during presentation. (we hv presentation each week). and.. mm we only have 1 subject–all things combine to 1 paper during xm (anat, physio, histo, biochem, pharma, viro, parasit..etc)

    2.conventional sys: doctor will teach each and every page of the text book provided. have 4 subjects in the first 2 years..its more like in school

    i heard that alexandria uni’s doctors are bit more strict during giving marks for exam compared to mansoura uni

    m afraid dats all i can provide =)
